Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying export documents in line with both customer and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate closely with shipping lines, co-loaders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are processed without delays. Your responsibilities will also include updating internal systems, maintaining accurate records, confirming bookings, and assisting with tracking cargo as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, international trade, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in export documentation. A strong grasp of Incoterms, export compliance regulations, and documentation practices is essential. You should be proficient in MS Office and logistics systems, and possess strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
